I cursed Media Audiovisuals BA degree, there I started to learn about Compositing with Nuke and 3D with Maya and also, I got knowledge about lighting and photography. Then I specialized in Digital Compositing with the Master in Animation and Visual Effects in Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya (ESCAC).
Most recently, during the Covid-19 crisis, I have been collaborating with other artists and local studios in some projects that required composition tasks. Therefore, I could continue learning and developing new skills.
Previously, I worked on “Cats” at Mill Film Montreal as a Compositor Artist. There, I did cleanups, rotoscopes by hand and track, face markers removals, warp elements and CG integration. Besides getting more experience in composting I got knowledge of a Linux Based operating system and also I learnt about the VFX production and comp workflows.
Before that experience, I had worked for one year as Digital Compositor at ESCAC VFX Studio in Barcelona where I took part in a Netflix production, local movies, commercials, music videos and short films. I did, rotoscopes, clean plates, blue and green screen, 2D and 3D CG integration, 2D, camera and planar tracking. There, I worked with different software Nuke, Mocha and Photoshop. Furthermore, as we used Shotgun I learnt to work with it.
With my studies and experience, I got a very good level of knowledge in Nuke. I am an organized and creative person very committed to my work, considering the quality and the schedule as priorities, I possess the ability to respect delivery times obtaining the best result I can. I am passionate about being able to create visual scenes that help to tell stories. I always loved fantasy and science fiction stories and I got the way to combine my passion with my work. I feel comfortable working in a team and I know the importance of being part of a group of people that get along well to get better results. I am sure that I will be quickly integrated into your team. I understand that there is always a way to improve so I get on well with constructive criticism to make better results.
