Dragon fights, winter storms and the undead are key elements in this fantastic visual effects breakdown from ImageEngine.

“Image Engine was responsible for some 98% of the dragon animation throughout season eight,” begins Tyler Weiss, visual effects producer. “We sent half of this work to partner vendors Scanline and Weta Digital.
